About the Role

As part of the Capability & Solutions team, you will create and lead the strategic vision for our solutions and capability building. You will be responsible for creating end-to-end service offerings and capabilities that drive high-value proactive sales and institutionalise innovation across multiple domains.
You will be required to create solutions from the ground up to match C-suite stakeholders across industries, bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and business services such as staff augmentation to conversion into solution / capability to help scale businesses.


Key Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Solution Strategy & Architecture
  • Design end-to-end solution blueprints for enterprise clients
  • Translate current “As-Is” environments into future-state “To-Be” transformation roadmaps aligning to Client requirements
  • Integrate AI, Cloud, and platform modernization capabilities into scalable service offerings
2. Revenue & Growth Engineering
  • Identify high-value opportunities within existing accounts as part of cross sell / upsell.
  • Convert operational challenges into solution-led business cases with ROI
  • Create scalable offerings with Go-to-Market strategy
  • Support sales teams in multi-million dollar deal pursuits
3. Thought Leadership & Innovation
  • Lead creation of whitepapers, capability frameworks, and industry solution decks
  • Identify emerging technology trends and incubate next-generation solution offerings
  • Position the organization as a trusted innovation partner
4. Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate with sales, presales, delivery, and engineering teams
  • Ensure solutions are commercially viable, technically feasible, and operationally scalable
5. Capability Building & CoE Development
  • Establish and scale Global Centers of Excellence (CoE)
  • Develop capability frameworks across AI, Cloud, Data, and Digital platforms
  • Mentor solution architects and domain specialists
  • Preferred experience in Domain industries such as: Fintech etc etc add atleast 2 domains


Key Success Metrics:
  1. Build a $XXXMn+ qualified solution pipeline annually through proactive solution development across strategic account
  2. Launch 8–10 market-ready solution offerings each year aligned with AI, Cloud, and digital transformation trends.
  3. Influence and support large deal wins ($XXX) through differentiated solution architecture and presales leadership.
  4. Establish and scale strategic Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to strengthen organizational capabilities and reusable frameworks.
  5. Drive transition from staff augmentation engagement (# 5 ) to solution-led engagements ($XXX) to improve long-term revenue and client value.
Experience
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in IT capability development and solution architecture
Technology Stack Knowledge
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • AI/ML services
  • Modern enterprise platforms

  • Ahmedabad or Pune
