About the Role
Head of Branding & Digital Marketing (B&M) is a critical leadership role responsible for serving as the primary guardian and champion of the company’s brand identity, positioning, and digital presence.
This role will develop and execute comprehensive branding and digital marketing strategies to build strong market awareness, ensure brand consistency across all platforms, and drive meaningful customer engagement and employer brand visibility.
The role will also support the promotion of domain capabilities (such as Fintech, Hi-Technology, etc.), technology expertise (AI, etc.), and new digital solutions to global customers. The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of branding and digital marketing initiatives from strategic planning and campaign execution to digital demand generation and thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Identity & Positioning
- Define, protect, and enforce brand guidelines across all internal and external touchpoints, including website, digital platforms, marketing collateral, presentations, and communications.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all digital channels, campaigns, and customer-facing materials.
- Build and strengthen the company’s global brand presence in targeted industries and technology domains.
- Position the organization as a trusted technology partner through strong brand storytelling and thought leadership.
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Build region-specific marketing strategies for North America, Europe, APAC, etc., markets as per the organization's needs.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Create and manage a Monthly digital marketing calendar integrating campaigns across GEO, SEO, LinkedIn, webinars, digital events, and content marketing to increase Inbound Customers Leads.
- Build and collaborate closely with the internal digital marketing team, as well as external agencies and partners, to plan and execute online campaigns that enhance brand visibility.
- Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting strategic enterprise customers.
- Lead digital promotion and go-to-market campaigns for new technology capabilities, services, and solutions.
- Provide insights to Leadership and sales teams for strategic positioning and messaging.
- Competitive analysis specific to marketing campaigns.
Customer Engagement & Digital Experience
- Design and implement strategies to improve customer engagement across digital platforms, including website, LinkedIn, webinars, and online communities.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback, digital engagement metrics, and campaign performance.
- Leverage marketing analytics to improve customer acquisition, lead nurturing, and engagement outcomes.
- Build digital experiences that strengthen customer trust and brand credibility.
Domain & Solution Marketing Support
- Partner with leadership, sales, and delivery teams to promote domain expertise such as Fintech, Technology, and other verticals.
- Develop marketing assets including case studies, solution briefs, whitepapers, and thought leadership content.
- Support sales teams with digital campaigns, solution positioning, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Promote the organization’s new technology capabilities and innovation initiatives in AI, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
- Strengthen the company’s employer brand through digital platforms and campaigns.
- Collaborate with HR and Business Heads to showcase company culture, innovation, employee stories, and career opportunities.
- Build brand visibility that helps attract top technology talent.
Resource & Stakeholder Management
- Identify, evaluate, and manage marketing Internal Team and partner-specific engagement, vendors, agencies, and digital platforms.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, including sales, delivery, HR, leadership, and design teams, to execute campaigns effectively.
- Ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic priorities.
- Track and report marketing performance, digital engagement metrics, and ROI to leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in branding and digital marketing within IT services or technology organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Brand Mgmt / Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Preferred - MBA from a premier / top-tier institution.
- Strong expertise in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, and brand building.
- Experience promoting technology services, domain solutions, and digital transformation capabilities.
- Proven ability to work closely with sales leadership, Business Heads, and executive Leadership teams.
- Experience managing digital campaigns, content marketing, and marketing agencies.
