About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive the planning and execution of complex initiatives in “Generative AI”, Machine Learning, LLMs, Agentic AI, and Data Science. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in ML systems with strong program management skills, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade, scalable AI solutions on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end program planning and delivery for AI and ML initiatives, including milestone definition, sprint planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
Architect and oversee the development of scalable AI and ML systems, coordinating cross-functional teams and integrating multiple tools and technologies.
Provide technical oversight across system design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
Review engineering deliverables to ensure quality, correctness, and adherence to architectural and technical standards.
Track program progress, identify delivery risks, and implement mitigation plans to prevent escalation.
Maintain clear project documentation, architecture records, and delivery reports.
Ensure deployed AI systems meet standards for security, reliability, transparency, fairness, and compliance.
Experience guiding, mentoring, and coordinating engineering or data science teams to achieve project goals
Manage client relationships, communicate program updates, and handle escalations when required.
Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality and timelines.
Requirements:
B.E.\B.Tech\B.S.\M.Tech\PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven track record in planning, executing, and delivering complex technical projects on time and within scope.
Proficiency in Python, including experience with libraries such as NumPy and Pandas.
Experience designing and implementing LLM or ML evaluation frameworks for enterprise solutions.
Hands-on experience as a developer or engineer in ML, LLM, or AI-based solutions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client expectations and explain technical concepts clearly.
Ability to work effectively across disciplines and manage dependencies within defined timelines.
Candidates with hands-on project experience in Agentic AI will be strongly preferred.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS) is desirable.
